Allowed Use of the Platform
You agree to use the services and platform solely for non-commercial connections with people who want to travel with you and exclusively for the purpose of sharing transportation costs, as stated in section 6.2.
1. Subject
LEGIT d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Prevoz.org") platform is accessible on the Prevoz.org website or in the form of a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "platform").
Please carefully read these terms and conditions. You acknowledge and understand that Prevoz.org is not a party to any agreement, contract, or contractual relationship of any kind entered into between members of its platform.
By clicking on the "Sign in with Google Account" or "Register with Google Account" or "Register with Email" button, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Registration on the Platform and Account Creation
2.1. Registration Conditions on the PlatformThe platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Registration on the platform is strictly prohibited for minors. By registering and using the platform, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old.
2.2. Account Creation
The platform allows members to create and view postings. To advertise, you must register on our platform using the registration form or a Google account.
Regardless of the registration method used, by creating an account, you confirm that you will use accurate and true information, and you will make changes to your profile or notify Prevoz.org of any changes, thus ensuring the accuracy and relevance of your data, which is part of your contractual relationship with Prevoz.org.
In case of registration with an email, you agree to keep your chosen password confidential and not disclose it to anyone. If you lose your password or disclose it to someone else, you agree to immediately notify Prevoz.org.
You are solely responsible for the use of your account by third parties unless you promptly notify Prevoz.org of a lost password, misuse by third parties, or disclosure of your password to a third party.
You agree not to create or use third-party accounts or accounts created by yourself.
3. Verification
For better transparency, increased trust, prevention, or detection of abuse, Prevoz.org may establish a system for verifying certain information that you will provide with your profile. An example of this is entering your phone number.
You understand and agree that any connection to the platform or an information verification service or a similar term means only that a member has successfully passed the verification process on the platform to provide you with more information about the member with whom you are considering traveling. Prevoz.org cannot guarantee the truth, reliability, and validity of the information subject to the verification process.
4. Use of Services
4.1. Posting AdsAs a member who meets all the conditions listed below, you can create and post ads on the platform by entering travel details that you plan (date/time, entry points, arrival time, number of available seats, options, contribution amount for expenses, etc.).
You are authorized to post an ad if you meet the following conditions:
(a) You have a valid driver's license;
(b) You offer rides for travel with your own vehicle or with a vehicle for which you have the owner's permission, and in all cases where you are authorized to provide transportation;
(c) You are and will remain the main driver of the vehicle;
(d) The vehicle has valid third-party insurance;
(e) You do not have contraindications or health incapacities for driving;
(f) The vehicle you intend to use is a car with four wheels and a maximum of seven seats (applies to non-commercial transport);
(g) You do not intend to post a new ad on the platform for the same trip;
(h) You do not offer more available seats than are available in your vehicle;
(i) All seats have seat belts, even if the vehicle is allowed to have seats without seat belts;
(j) You use the vehicle in good driving condition, in compliance with legal provisions.
You understand that you are solely responsible for the content of the ad you post on the platform. You ensure the accuracy of all information in the ad and adhere to and implement all the conditions stated in the ad. By providing your ad complies with the Terms and Conditions, it will be published on the platform and will be available to all visitors to the Prevoz.org platform or website. Prevoz.org reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without notice, not publish or remove any ad at any time if it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or if Prevoz.org believes it harms its image, platform, or service.
You understand and accept that the rules for sorting and displaying your ad among other ads are solely at the discretion of Prevoz.org.
4.2. Rating System
Prevoz.org encourages you to rate the driver (if you are a passenger). Ratings are visible and published on the platform.
4.3. Compliance
You understand and accept that Prevoz.org reserves the right to not publish or delete ratings that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
4.4 LimitationPrevoz.org reserves the right to terminate your account, restrict your access to services, or cancel the general terms at any time without prior notice.
5. Contribution to Costs
You determine the contribution to costs as a driver, at your own responsibility. Any exploitation through the use of our platform is strictly prohibited. You agree to limit the contribution to costs that you request from passengers to the actual expenses of your journey.
6. Non-commercial Nature and Transport Companies
6.1 Non-commercial and non-business purpose of services and platformYou agree to use the services and platform solely for non-commercial interactions with people who wish to travel with you and exclusively for the purpose of cost-sharing for transportation. If you intend to engage in commercial transportation activities on the platform, you must register as a commercial transport company (section 6.2).
As a driver, you agree not to demand cost contributions that exceed the actual costs and can generate profit, taking into account that, as a driver, you must bear your share of the incurred costs within the scope of sharing. You are responsible for calculating the costs you have for the trip and for verifying that the requested amount from all passengers does not exceed the actual costs you have (excluding your share of the costs).
Prevoz.org reserves the right to temporarily terminate your account if you use a chauffeur, another business vehicle, a taxi, or a company car and thus generate profit through the platform.
Prevoz.org also reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account, restrict your access to services, or cancel these terms if you engage in activity on the platform that, due to the nature of the offered journeys, their frequency, the number of transported passengers, and requested contributions, indicates profit-making or for any reason for which Prevoz.org would conclude that you are making a profit on the platform.
6.2 Commercial Transport Vehicle/Business on Prevoz.org
Commercial companies on Prevoz.org are marked and must issue an invoice for each journey. We are not responsible for the services they offer, and all feedback should be directly provided to the company offering transportation. If you believe that a certain company should be removed, please send us an email with feedback so that we can review further steps.
6.3 Adding Rides
Adding rides is chargeable in some cases and is charged according to the price list. Since it does not make sense to pay for each individual ride added, the user must load credit (purchase camels). Since this is an electronic credit service, it cannot be refunded, complained about, reclaimed, or transferred to another user account under any circumstances. In the event of an account blockade due to a violation of our terms, we reserve the right to withhold credit, block payment methods (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.), block phone numbers, block user accounts, and all subsequent user accounts suspected of being connected to an already blocked account. The user has the option to appeal the decision via the email address [email protected].
We reserve the right to charge additional monthly fees to companies where we observe an exceptionally increased volume (more than 2x) of added journeys compared to the average of other companies. We also reserve the right to charge additional monthly fees if companies advertise in the comments of the Prevoz.org platform or anywhere else related to Prevoz.org services, pages, or social networks; other websites, offer discounts, offer coupons, or other forms of redirecting users to platforms other than prevoz.org. Additional charges will begin after the carrier and Prevoz.org enter into a contract, but prior to that, in case of a violation of the terms, we can disable the user account of the company or user, and all added ads will be removed.
For the purchase of credit (camels), you will receive an invoice via email entered in your user profile. Complaints or requests for corrections to issued invoices can be sent to [email protected].
7. Behavior of Platform Users and Members
7.1. Obligation of all platform usersYou understand that you are responsible for complying with all laws and other regulations that apply to you when using the platform.
In addition, during the use of the platform and during rides, you commit to:
(a) not using the platform for professional, commercial, or profit-making purposes unless you are verified as an official transport provider;
(b) not sending Prevoz.org (especially when creating or updating your account) or other members false, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent data;
(c) not behaving or posting any content on the platform that is defamatory, harmful, indecent, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, aggressive, unauthorized, violent, threatening, harassing, racist, or xenophobic in nature, with sexual connotations, or that promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, the use of illegal substances or activities, or is in any way contrary to the purposes of the platform and violates the rights of Prevoz.org or third parties;
(d) not violating the rights and image of Prevoz.org, especially intellectual property rights;
(e) not creating more than one account on the platform or an account on behalf of a third party;
(f) not contacting other members through the platform for any reason unrelated to transportation or travel;
(g) complying with and adhering to these terms and the privacy policy.
7.2. Driver's Obligations
When using the platform as a driver, you commit to:
(a) comply with all laws, regulations, and codes applicable to driving and vehicles, especially civil liability insurance in force during the ride, and possess a valid driver's license;
(b) verify whether your insurance covers carpooling and whether your passengers are considered third parties in your vehicle and are therefore covered by your insurance throughout the entire ride, even cross-border;
(c) not risk your driving or consume products that could impair your attention and safe driving during the ride;
(d) post ads that match only planned rides;
(e) conduct the transportation as described in the published ad (especially regarding the use or non-use of highways) and respect the times and locations agreed upon with other members (especially the pick-up and drop-off location);
(f) not transport more passengers than the number of seats listed in the published ad;
(g) use the vehicle in good condition and in accordance with applicable legal provisions, especially with a valid roadworthiness certificate;
(h) show your driver's license, car registration certificate, your insurance certificate, and any document proving your driving ability to Prevoz.org or any passenger who requests it;
(i) in case of delays or changes in travel time, promptly inform your passengers;
(j) have documents verifying your identity and your right to cross the border in case of cross-border travel, and show them upon request to passengers or other authorities;
(k) wait for passengers at the agreed meeting place for at least 10 minutes after the agreed time;
(l) not post ads related to a vehicle you do not own or for which you do not have permission to use;
(m) provide an actively monitored contact number registered in your profile;
(n) not generate any profit from the platform unless you are a verified carrier;
(o) not have any contraindications or health disabilities for driving;
(p) behave appropriately and responsibly during the ride;
(r) not reject passengers based on race, color, nationality, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, physical appearance, marital status, pregnancy, special vulnerability due to their economic status, name, place of residence, health condition, political opinion, age;
(s) not advertise other platforms or other websites on the Prevoz.org portal without our prior approval. Offering discounts or coupons is prohibited for all transport providers, and added journeys will be deleted, and the user account will be blocked without prior notice.
7.3. Passenger's Obligations
When using the platform as a passenger, you agree to:
(a) behave appropriately during the ride and not disrupt the driver's concentration, peace, or the tranquility of other passengers;
(b) respect the driver's vehicle and its cleanliness;
(c) immediately inform the driver in case of any delays;
(d) pay the agreed cost contribution to the driver for unreserved rides;
(e) wait for the driver at the meeting point for at least 15 minutes after the agreed time;
(f) show your ID card or any document proving your identity to Prevoz.org or any driver upon request;
(g) not carry any object, goods, substances, or animals during the ride that could obstruct the driver's driving or concentration, or whose nature, possession, or transport is contrary to applicable legal provisions;
(h) have, in case of cross-border travel, any document proving your identity and the right to cross the border available to the driver and any authorities requiring it;
(i) provide an up-to-date contact number in your profile, where the driver can reach you, even at the meeting point.
8. Temporary Suspension of Accounts, Access Limitation, and Termination
You can terminate your contractual relationship with Prevoz.org at any time, at no cost and without providing a reason. To do so, simply contact us at the email address [email protected] with a request to close your account or delete your account here.
If you fail to comply with the terms and other community guidelines or if we determine that a user is harming the reputation of Prevoz.org or could harm others on the platform, we may:
(a) immediately terminate the terms binding you to Prevoz.org without prior notice; and/or
(b) prevent the posting or removal of any reviews, advertisements, messages, content, requests, or any content you have posted on the platform; and/or
(c) restrict your access and use of the platform; and/or
(d) temporarily or permanently block your account.
If necessary, you will be informed of the implementation of such measures so that you can provide explanations on Prevoz.org. Prevoz.org will decide at its sole discretion whether to remove the measures taken or not.
9. Personal Data
Prevoz.org will collect and process certain personal data as part of your use of the platform. By using the platform and registering as a member, you understand and accept the processing of your personal data by Prevoz.org in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
All those who want to offer rides must provide personal information to ensure the website compliance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Upon request of state authorities, we are obliged to provide data to security authorities (Police) or authorities responsible for preventing undeclared work.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Content Provided by Prevoz.orgPrevoz.org is the sole holder of all intellectual property rights related to the service, platform, its content (especially text, images, designs, logos, videos, sounds, data, graphics), and software and databases that enable their operation, according to the content provided by its members.
Prevoz.org grants you a personal and non-transferable right to use the platform and services for your personal and private use on a non-commercial basis and in accordance with the purposes of the platform and services.
Without prior written permission from Prevoz.org, you are prohibited from any other use of the platform and services and their contents. In particular, you are prohibited from:
(a) reproducing, modifying, adapting, distributing, publicly representing, and disseminating the platform, services, and content, except as expressly allowed by Prevoz.org;
(b) disassembling and reusing the platform or services, subject to exceptions specified in the applicable texts;
(c) obtaining or attempting to obtain (especially by using data mining robots or any other similar data collection tool) a substantial part of the platform's data.
10.2 Content You Have Posted on the Platform
To enable the provision of services and in accordance with the purpose of the platform, you grant Prevoz.org a license to use the content and data you provide as part of your use of the services (referred to as "Member Content"). If you want to allow Prevoz.org to distribute over a digital network and in accordance with any communication protocol (especially the internet and mobile network) and offer the content of the Platform to the public, you authorize Prevoz.org worldwide and for the duration of your contractual relationship with Prevoz.org to reproduce, represent, adapt, and translate Member Content as follows:
(a) You authorize Prevoz.org to reproduce all or part of your Member Content on any digital recording medium, known or unknown, and especially on any server, hard drive, memory card, or any other equivalent data carrier in any form and by any known or currently unknown process, to the extent necessary for any storage, backup, transmission-related to the operation of the platform and provision of the service;
(b) You authorize Prevoz.org to adapt and translate Member Content and reproduce it on all digital media, current or future, specified in point (a) above, for the purpose of providing services, especially in different languages. This right includes the possibility of changing the formatting of your Member Content, respecting your moral rights, in order to comply with the graphic act of the platform and/or for technical compatibility for publication via the platform.
11. Role of Prevoz.org
The platform represents an online network platform on which members can create and publish ads for rides for travel purposes. Other members and visitors to the website and applications can view these ads to determine the terms of travel and, if necessary, directly reserve a seat in the vehicle of the member who posted the ad on the platform.
If you use the platform and accept these terms, you understand that Prevoz.org is not a party to any agreement concluded between you and other members for cost-sharing related to travel.
Prevoz.org has no control over the actions of its members and platform users. It does not own, operate, supply, or manage the vehicles that are the subject of ads, and it does not offer transportation on the platform.
You acknowledge and accept that Prevoz.org does not control the validity, accuracy, or legality of the offered ads, seats, and transportation. Prevoz.org cannot provide any transportation services and does not act as a carrier; the role of Prevoz.org is limited to providing easier access to the platform.
Members (drivers or passengers) act solely independently and responsibly.
Prevoz.org, as an intermediary, cannot be held responsible for:
(a) incorrect information provided by the driver in their ad or in any other way regarding travel and its conditions;
(b) cancellation or modification of travel by a member;
(c) the behavior of its members during, before, or after travel;
(d) refusal to pay the cost contribution.
12. Operation, Availability, and Functionality of the Platform
Prevoz.org will attempt to maintain access to the platform 7 days a week and 24 hours a day to the greatest extent possible. However, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended without prior notice due to technical maintenance, relocation, updates, or due to failures or limitations related to network operation.
Additionally, Prevoz.org reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate all or partial access to the platform or its features.
By accepting these terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
These terms and reference documents constitute the entire agreement between you and Prevoz.org regarding your use of the services.
Prevoz.org may change these terms to adapt to its technological and trade environment and to comply with applicable law. Any changes to these terms will be posted on the platform with the effective date of the new terms.

The platform is published and managed by the company LEGIT d.o.o., Brnčičeva ulica 13, Ljubljana Črnuče, Slovenia.
